WeldFuzion Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

  • $10 flat rate for orders under $300
  • $20 flat rate for orders from $300 to $999
  • FREE standard shipping for orders of $1,000 or more
  • Shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the continental United States

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  During peak seasons or high‑volume periods, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard shipping is fulfilled via UPS Ground, typically delivered 3–5 business days from the date of order placement.  Rush and Priority Rush shipping options are available for an additional fee at checkout.  WeldFuzion reserves the right to use alternative carriers or shipping methods when necessary to improve delivery speed, service quality, or cost efficiency.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

A valid email address is required for all orders.  Customers will receive order confirmation, shipping updates, and tracking information via email.  High‑value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the continental United States.  UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes; please provide a physical address at checkout.  Oversized or heavy items may require special freight arrangements. If applicable, customers will be contacted prior to shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.  WeldFuzion is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a claim.  If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a WeldFuzion error or a defective product.  For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
