WeldFuzion Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- New
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In sellable condition
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Requirement
To ensure accurate processing and prevent unauthorized returns, all returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by WeldFuzion before any product is shipped back.
How to Request an RGA
To obtain an RGA number, email customerservice@weldfuzion.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is defective or damaged
Once approved, you will receive:
- Your RGA number
- Return instructions
- The correct return address
Important Notes
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
- The RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
- RGA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- Items returned without an RGA may experience delays or denial of refund.
Return Shipping
Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a WeldFuzion error or a defective product.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
- In these cases, WeldFuzion will cover return shipping costs.
- An RGA number is still required before returning the item.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the item arrives at our facility. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, certain items may be non‑returnable. These will be clearly noted on the product page when applicable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
