WeldFuzion, LLC stands behind the quality and performance of the products we design, source, and assemble. This General Warranty outlines the baseline coverage that applies across our product line unless a specific product includes its own dedicated warranty. Product‑specific warranties are always available on that product’s Support page.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers defects in:

  • Materials
  • Workmanship
  • Manufacturing quality
  • Coverage applies only to products purchased directly from WeldFuzion or an authorized distributor and used as intended.

What’s Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable components
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
  • Modification, alteration, or unauthorized repairs
  • Accidental damage or environmental exposure
  • Damage resulting from operation outside intended use
  • Third‑party accessories not sold by WeldFuzion

Warranty Duration

Unless otherwise stated on the product’s Support page, general coverage applies for the period specified at the time of purchase. Product‑specific warranties always override this general policy.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, visit our Support page and email the following to customerservice@weldfuzion.com:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video if applicable
  • Our team will review your claim and follow up with next steps.

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the defect, WeldFuzion may:

  • Provide replacement parts
  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Offer an equivalent product if the original is discontinued
  • Warranty replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

Limitations

This warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. WeldFuzion is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, downtime, or damage to other equipment. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.
